I love this time of year. The music, decorations family and the food , the food did I say the food.
Well ,as dance ministry leaders we must eat healthy to be our best for the Lord.
Nutritionist Marcy Clark shared with us on the" Nutrition for Dancers" Tele-Class this past Fri. tips to lose weight especially in the stomach area.
She also gave tips on how to boost our immune system and maintain energy for dance.
