Grace and peace 

How is the ministry going? I have gotten some wonderful feedback concerning the last podcast "Dancer as Worship leader, and stay in the camp".

I wanted to add another note of encouragement to you. God wants to grow us up in leadership so that we can make a multinational, generational impact for His glory. Like Martin Luther and many other men and women of our faith, of centuries ago.
 

When I started in ministry, I was insecure, immature, and very self centered. I am not saying that God is finished working on me. But, I will tell you that He used worship, and leadership to grow me up. Listen God has a mighty work for you and I to do. Much bigger than we can see with your natural eye. He is using worship, and leadership to grow us up. It will be less painful, if we fall into His arms and enjoy the process.

Thank you for all that you do for God's kingdom. Your labour is not in vain.
